Who I Am
I’m Tobias Dahlberg, a strategist and mentor with almost 30 years of experience in business. After a career working for large brands, like Nike and The Coca-Cola Company, I worked in management consulting, then as a partner for a 30M agency, 15 years as a brand consultancy owner.
I started and/or operated worked nine professional service firms, consulted hundreds of multi-national and global brands and companies (including Fortune 100), and in the past 6 years, I’ve helped close to a thousand entrepreneurs mostly in the creative industries.
I’ve seen what works, what fails, and how to turn a business around when the ground shifts.
My core philosophy revolves around simplicity, focus, standardisation and productisation, and building a simple, scalable system – powered by AI.
I don’t give theory. I give you tools, systems, and direct answers — and I hold you accountable to act.
Whatever your constraint is, I bet you I’ve solved it countless times for someone a but like you (no one likes to hear they are similar…but I think you know what I mean. There are only a handful of core business problems in the professional service industries, and I’ve seen and dealt with them all, over, and over, and over again).
On a personal note, I’m in my very late forties, I am married with two daughters, and recently returned home from Florida and now live in Helsinki, Finland. I speak Swedish, Finnish, English, and dabble in German and Spanish.
